- Exclusive access to lounge for Acrisure Lounge ticket holders only. Lounge opens 30 minutes before general admission doors (this does not include early access to merch or seats). The lounge closes 30 minutes after the start of the event.

Located on the west side of the arena, the Acrisure Lounge is a brand-new lounge space that was created as part of the 2020 Van Andel Arena backstage construction project. Kleyn Electric was nominated for a 2020 Excellence in Construction Award for the Van Andel Arena locker rooms and lounge renovations. Kleyn was given the task to remodel these rooms in partnership with Pinnacle Construction Group, in a short time frame, while the Arena was still being used. Their work included special LED lighting and provided outstanding results.
