Concessions Mobile Order

Step 1: Scan the Mobile Order QR code located on the signage inside the arena, open the Concessions Button on the free Van Andel Arena mobile app OR click the Order Now button below.
Step 2: Use the mobile ordering platform to select the food & beverages you would like to order. *Note that you can do this from the comfort of your own seat.
Step 3: Review your order and pay using a debit or credit card.
Step 4: Savor receives your order at the designated Concessions stand for fulfillment.
Step 5: When the order is complete you will receive a text.
Step 6: Proceed to the designated Concession stand and pick up your order from the window labeled "Pick Up." *Note please wait until you have received your text that your order is ready to proceed to the concession stand in an effort to limit the number of people on the concourse.


Ionia Street Grill is located on the East side of the Concourse outside of Section 108/109.
Ottawa Street Grill is located on the West side of the Concourse outside of Section 121/122.
