BOX OFFICE

The Van Andel Arena box office is currently closed. The outside box office window at DeVos Performance Hall, located at 303 Monroe Ave NW, is currently open Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM, for ticket sales for DeVos Performance Hall, Van Andel Arena and select DeVos Place events. The Van Andel Arena box office will be open limited hours on days when events are taking place at Van Andel Arena. Box office hours are subject to change. ATTENDING AN EVENT

Want to know what to expect when attending an event at Van Andel Arena? Van Andel Arena has implemented ASM Global's new environmental hygiene protocol in response to evolving guest expectations stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. VenueShield is a comprehensive and best-in-class program created in alignment with approvals from government officials and health care experts. ASM Global staff in Grand Rapids are using VenueShield protocols to host events at Van Andel Arena in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines. See the key focus areas below.

ATTENDING GRAND RAPIDS GRIFFINS GAMES
In advance of the Grand Rapids Griffins’ season opener at Van Andel Arena next Friday, Oct. 15, the team on Thursday announced the policies and protocols that fans will experience during the 2021-22 campaign, with an emphasis on cleanliness and contact-free encounters.

Vaccinations / Masks
A proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID test is not required for admission to Griffins games. Masks are also not a requirement.

Mobile Ticketing
New for the 2021-22 season, the Griffins will deliver all tickets in a contactless, mobile format for display on smartphones and other electronic devices. Click here to read more on how to manage and use your mobile tickets.

TICKETS

Tickets for upcoming shows that have been postponed or rescheduled will be honored at the rescheduled date. Patrons are urged to hold on to their current tickets until further information has been released. If the event organizer/promoter is offering refunds for postponed or rescheduled events, a refund link will appear on your Ticketmaster account. If you purchased tickets at the Van Andel Arena or DeVos Place box office in person, you can request a refund in person at the box office. Please note that some events are accepting refund requests for postponed or rescheduled events during a specific time period only.

If your event is cancelled, your tickets will be automatically refunded to the original purchaser via Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased at the box office using credit card payments will automatically be refunded, and those purchased with cash can be refunded in person at the box office during regular box office hours.

Check with your point of purchase for additional information. For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.
