If you have tickets to an event that has been rescheduled or postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, some event promoters are offering refunds at this time.
Please use this form to request a refund for tickets purchased directly from the Van Andel Arena or DeVos Place box offices for events listed in the form below. Please note that refunds must be requested within the refund date window that is listed by each event in the menu.
If you purchased tickets for an event that is offering refunds at this time, and your refund request is submitted during the listed refund date window, your refund will be processed as follows.
- If you purchased using a credit card, the card will be refunded the full purchase price.
- If you used cash to purchase your tickets, you will have the choice to receive a refund check in the mail or a cash refund to pick up when the Box Office reopens (no official date set).
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account or to receive your check in the mail.
If you purchased from Ticketmaster or a third party ticketing site, you will need to request a refund from that original point of purchase. If you purchased tickets for an event that is not listed below, please contact email@example.com
